Born Dotty

This week mum released my third pattern Born Dotty. We made this quilt for my bedroom makeover. After I met Amy Butler last year I just loved her fabrics and her book she signed for me so we bought some and based the makeover on the colours.

:):):)

Mystery all over!

The day is over! my legs were so sore by the end of it. Many thanks to everyone that helped, Jo and Cathy, and Thankyou everyone for your donations and a big thankyou to my mum! (and dad for cooking):)

The day was great, and now my fundraising bank account is over two thousand! it’s a great start towards my 6 thousand. i think i am the first person from my team that has done a major individual fundraiser so i think it’s pretty cool.

The day was great and i hope everyone that came enjoyed themselves and got something out of it.

hey everyone,

the mystery quilt marathon is coming up soon! i have lots of things to prepare to make it all a great day.

Just a quick thankyou to the few people that are following me. thanks :)

anyway at the moment am painting for the young archies competition. It can get very frustrating at times but in the end io think it will be worth it. My painting if of matilda(little sister) but she doesn't like it very much. oh well, you can't please everyone right? nah didn't think so :)

Most of my sports have finished now which is a bit sad. I lost bpoth my club netball semi final and my school netball semi final. :(
i have one more game of soccer next week then i'm done.
But i still have rowing! and my hands are killing me after my six k row this morning :)
anyway talk to you later :)

World Challenge

Hey everyone,

This is my blog, welcome and enjoy!

next year i have been given the chance to go to Namibia in Africa with World Challenge, a worldwide organisation giving students the opportunity to go out and help a community in an overseas country.

Together my mum and i will be setting up little designs. arty things and also patterns for modern quilts and things.

i am raising money to be able to go to Namibia, there i will help with 19 others from my school within a school group or community within the country.

i hope you keep up with my blog posts :)
