Mystery Marathon quilt in

One of my first fundraising ventures is a 12 hour mystery quilting marathon with my mum. I, along with my sister, dad and some friends are going to be doing all the catering and organising some fun things during the day along with helping organise and setup for the day. Here are details:

Mystery Marathon
Saturday 5th September

9am – 9pm

Choice of two mystery quilts-
Traditional Or
Easy beginner contemporary

Learn step by step from tutor
Helen Stubbings
Of Hugs ‘n Kisses
This day will be run like our Great Summer Mystery quilt with slideshow step by step photos and learning along with personal assistance from Helen and helpers

Raffles, prizes, food, shopping, fun and games

All meals provided

Online Mystery Marathon

This will be run as a step by step tutorial as in our Great Summer Holiday Mystery earlier in the year so all levels of quilters will easily follow along. Why not get an online group together in your sewing rooms and share in the fun as each installment comes through to your computers across the world; sew, online chat and share photos on your blogs.

Unfortunately I already have a commitment for the 5th but i look forward to checking back often to see what other "events" you have planned and look forward to participating in one of those.
